Pure Impressions Photography has been super busy working on many different aspects of our business. Over the past several months we have branched out into multiple arenas of photography including real estate photography, product shots and photographic pieces of art. I wanted to take the time to share some of what we have been working on in addition to our children and family portraits so that our clients have an understanding of how limitless our capabilities are!

Most clients are attracted to my style of photography because they know that they are not just getting the usual standard photograph, they are getting an individualized work of art in every shot! In a nutshell, creating art in photography is my passion and I take pride in my ability to create beautiful works of art out of just about anything! Easter Mini Sessions

Pure Impressions Photography is excited to announce our Easter Mini sessions!  For a limited time we will be offering photo sessions with live baby chicks, bunnies, or both in our beautiful outdoor garden! Please refer to the dates and times below for session information.

Baby Chicks and Bunnies: April 10^th, 4-6pm

Bunnies April 11^th- April 21^st,  Call to schedule an appointment

Session rates are $75, which includes the cost of the mini session, 5 advanced edited images burned to CD with a private viewing gallery of all images.

Spaces with the baby chicks are limited, so please be sure to call to reserve your space if interested.

Congratulations to our 2011 Spring Photo Contest Winners!

After two exciting weeks of our spring photo contest, we are happy to announce that our first place prize goes to Cory Lee's adorable son Easton! Easton ended with an amazing grand total of 203 votes! Congratulations Easton for such a tremendous job!!!

Ashley Ricci's beautiful daughter Stephanie was able to gain 184 votes and win our spot for second runner up. Congratulations to Stephanie for an outstanding number of votes!!!

We would also like to congratulate Jackie Heydari for her wonderful daughter Amelia's photo which won a free mini session for gaining over 100 votes! Congratulations to Amelia!!!

This was an exciting contest that was fun to watch right up until the very end! What an amazing amount of effort put forth by all three of these contestants! Thank you once again for all participants who entered their child in our Spring Photo Contest. 2011 Spring Photo Contest

I’m super excited to bring in the spring with something fun and exciting to participate in. Pure Impressions Photography will be holding a spring photography contest for anyone in the Southern California area who wishes to submit a photograph of their child or baby on the way :o)

To enter, you simply have to email me a recent picture of your child/children or baby bump to Jenine@pureimpressionsphotography.com.  All pictures will be put in an album on our Facebook page for viewing and sharing. The two pictures with the most “likes” at the end of the contest will be the winners!

While there will be a first and second place prizewinner, all entries will also receive a special discount on a session simply for entering and participating. Participants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to enter soon!

Spread the word to all your friends and let them know to vote for your child! Lets welcome the spring and let the fun begin!!!

TO ENTER

-Email one (1) photo to Jenine@pureimpressionsphotography.com with the subject “SPRING CONTEST”

-Include your name, contact info, and how you heard about the contest (your first name will be posted in the contest).

-Photos can be submitted from Feb. 28th – March 7th via email

-One entry per person

-You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child to enter.  Pregnant photos can only be entered by the mother to be (i.e. no friends or family entering for you).

-Submissions may not be professional photographs

- Must be at least 21 years old to enter

-Contest is open to anyone within a 40-mile radius of Corona CA, 92883

HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED

-Pure Impressions Photography will put all submissions received by March 7th into an album on the facebook fan page called “2011 Spring Contest”

- Each contestant will have the ability to let their friends and loved ones know about their child’s image by spreading the word and sharing

- To vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ (or under the new facebook system ‘like’) Pure Impressions Photography

- Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the album labeled ‘2011 Spring Contest”

- Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner; comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes

- Voting will start on Tuesday, March 8th and close Sunday, March 20th

- Official winner will be notified and announced on Monday, March 21st

WHAT YOU WILL WIN

-1st place winner will receive a Standard portrait session package ($250 value)

-2nd place winner will receive a Mini portrait session package ($150 value)

-Every entry that doesn’t win will receive a 15% discount credit toward a future session (session must be booked within 2 weeks of March 21st to apply discount, however the actual date of the session is flexible)

-Photo session winners must be scheduled and redeemed within 2 weeks of March 21st (with the exception of medical reasons)

-Additional image selections can be added on to packages

- Prize retail value cannot be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash

- No other promotions or discounts can be applied to prizes

- Prizes are not transferable to other persons

- Winners must be willing to sign a portrait contract

Our First Blog!

I'm really excited that the Blog is now finally up and running! Needless to say, I finally had a little bit of down time with all of this unexpected rainy weather to work on some things on the back end. I'm hoping that this blog will serve as a way for me to communicate with my clients not only with sneak peaks of their sessions, but also about my style, happenings in the photography world as well as ways to get to know me and my artistic vision! With that said, there are some really exciting things in the works. I will be running some session give-aways and promotions in the weeks to come, so please stay tuned and remember to check out the blog for updates, as this is where I will be posting all information about future events and happenings.

Since this is my first blog, I would like to share some images of my sons, JT and Jadyn. They are really what inspire me to continue to strive to be a wonderful artist who captures the beauty of the world through their eyes!

This image is one of my personal favorites! Its a picture of our six year old son, JT looking out of a balcony with some beautiful stained glass all around him. I was inspired by the old fashioned art of the Roman Cathedrals. His face and expression are nothing short of angelic! It was really one of those perfect photographic moments!

Here are a few images of our 16 month old son Jadyn. Needless to say, this little guys is a bundle of energy! I think you can get a grasp for his personality by the images. And yes, you will notice in one of the images that he's already broken his arm! Boy is this one full of energy!!!

 

In light of the holiday season, I want to share this next image of my son Jadyn that I shot next to a large Christmas tree. I wanted to capture the feeling of awe that a one year old child feels with the world during the first years of life. I think that this picture really sums up how large the world is from his point of perspective!
